Order processing cut off time is 2 PM Monday – Friday. Orders placed after the cut off time are processed the Next Working Day.

Small / Medium items (e.g. knives) £4.95 for Next Working Day Delivery. Free delivery over £50.
Large items (e.g. swords) £9.95 for Next Working Day Delivery. Free delivery over £100.
Long items (e.g. long swords) £14.95 for Next Working Day Delivery. Free delivery over £150.
Oversize items (e.g. very long swords, staffs) £19.95 for 2 Working Day Delivery. Free delivery over £200.

UK Remote Areas (Parcel Force Zone 2), Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands

Small / Medium items (e.g. knives) £14.95 for 1-2 Working Day Delivery.
Large items (e.g. swords) £19.96 for 1-2 Working Day Delivery.

Returns

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If this is not the case, please feel free to return your purchase.

  1. You must inform us of any returns within 14 days. You can do this by emailing sales@pocketdump.com
  2. You then have a further 14 days in which you have to return your purchase
  3. We kindly ask that you arrange the return shipping using a courier of your choice, whether through a work account or by selecting a preferred service online.
  4. Products must be returned:
    1. In the original packaging, including the product packaging and the shipping packaging.
    2. Unused. Products not returned in as-new condition will be returned to you at your expense.
    3. Unmodified. Products showing evidence of being tampered with will be returned to you at your expense.
  5. If the product is faulty, then contact us for information on how to return your product.

You are advised to inspect the good(s) on receipt and inform us of any damage and/or faults within 7 days.

You are also advised to inspect the packet/parcel on receipt and you MUST sign for the parcel as "damaged" if any damage exists to the outer packaging.
