Shipping Information
We process and dispatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Orders are picked, packed and dispatched in the order we receive them. We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible and, where possible, we try to clear all orders each working day. However, dispatch on the same day is not guaranteed, particularly during busy periods.
If your order is time sensitive, please contact us before placing your order and we’ll be able to provide you with an accurate delivery schedule.
Once your order has been dispatched, it will be sent on a next working day service*. This means delivery is normally the next working day after we dispatch your order, not necessarily the next working day after you place your order.
* Exceptions apply to exceptionally long items (which are sent on a 48 Hour Service and remote areas (as defined by each courier).

Returns
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If this is not the case, please feel free to return your purchase.
- You must inform us of any returns within 14 days. You can do this by emailing sales@pocketdump.com
- You then have a further 14 days in which you have to return your purchase
- We kindly ask that you arrange the return shipping using a courier of your choice, whether through a work account or by selecting a preferred service online.
- Products must be returned:
- In the original packaging, including the product packaging and the shipping packaging.
- Unused. Products not returned in as-new condition will be returned to you at your expense.
- Unmodified. Products showing evidence of being tampered with will be returned to you at your expense.
- If the product is faulty, then contact us for information on how to return your product.
You are advised to inspect the good(s) on receipt and inform us of any damage and/or faults within 7 days.
You are also advised to inspect the packet/parcel on receipt and you MUST sign for the parcel as "damaged" if any damage exists to the outer packaging.
